1. Custom Orders
Custom orders are non-refundable once production has commenced. Because of the personalized nature of these products, cancelations or changes are not permitted after the order has been placed and production has started.
2. Standard Stock Items
– Return Period: Customers may return standard stock items within 30 days of delivery to our warehouse.
– Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
– Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund amount for all returned items.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
– Reporting: Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
– Inspection: Upon receiving the report, we will inspect the item and, if deemed defective or damaged, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
– Return Shipping: Boca Kitchen Cabinets LLC will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
4. Refund Process

– Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

– Installation Services: Fees for installation services are non-refundable once the service has been completed.
– Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or at a discount are non-refundable.
6. Cancellation Policy
– Before Delivery: Orders can be canceled for a full refund before the items have been shipped, except Custom Orders.
– After Delivery: Once items have been shipped, the return and restocking fees outlined above will apply.
7. Exchanges
